Endurance coaching for the goal in front of you

Wiley Coaching

Tell me what you are training for, whether it is a triathlon, HYROX, ultra, first race, or a bigger fitness goal, and we will build the plan around it.

Training should make the work clear. Wiley Coaching ties endurance, strength, recovery, and race execution into a plan that fits what you are actually preparing for.

01

Assess

We start with goals, current fitness, injury history, schedule, equipment, and what has or has not worked before.

02

Build

Your plan balances endurance, strength, skill, and recovery so progress matches the event and does not bury you.

03

Sharpen

Training turns specific as the goal approaches, with pacing, fueling, movement standards, or race execution rehearsed before it matters.

04

Adapt

Feedback, data, and honest check-ins keep the work aligned when travel, fatigue, school, work, or weather show up.

Coach-led, athlete-tested

Performance without the noise.

I am a certified exercise physiologist and sports performance coach with a degree in exercise science, and I built Wiley Coaching around the same mix of structure, patience, and competitiveness that has shaped my own training.

I have coached athletes across different ages and experience levels, from people learning how to train consistently to athletes chasing a specific race. My own background spans collegiate cross country and track, lifelong swimming, triathlon, and competitive bike racing.

That mix matters. I understand what it feels like to balance endurance, strength, recovery, race nerves, and a normal schedule, because I am still training, racing, and chasing bigger goals in the sport.

The best plan is not the most complicated one. It is the one you can execute, recover from, and believe in when the goal gets honest.
